This is In Accordance with the OPITO Guideline; the course is designed to introduce offshore operators (team members & managers) to the philosophy and underpinning knowledge behind Major Emergency Management commonly referred to as Incident Command Systems (ICS) on an offshore facility.

To assess your key personnel through providing the underpinning knowledge and essential for IMT/EMT members to be competent in emergency management. The program is delivered in two components, theory sessions followed by practical simulation in the techniques of Major Emergency Management.

To review and test company procedures related to Emergency Response and increase awareness of Asset Loss Prevention.

Competency: More than 12 scenario exercises covering all necessary emergency situation during 3 days training, all participants will be assessed basing the guidelines of the OPITO standards in controlling emergency situations.

Method of Training: Participants will be required to attend theory sessions and demonstrate knowledge and understanding through tabletop sessions. Participants will also be observed & assessed during practical sessions using a customized incident management training simulator. On completion of each practical session a constructive debrief session will be led by the facilitator, where feedback will be given on performance level of participants.
